Monica holds a Master's degree in Competitiveness from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), with research focused on artificial intelligence governance in marketing, data privacy, and brand reputation risks. Her academic work involves international literature reviews, qualitative research with marketing executives, and critical analysis of organizational practices related to the use of AI and data.

Throughout her career, she has held strategic marketing positions in technology companies, with experience in marketing automation, CRM, digital platforms, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies, working directly with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and global partners.

His performance combines:
